NASREC is currently hiring for our client in Qatar.
We are looking for an experienced
Estimation Engineer (Civil Engineering)
with strong expertise in
Fit-Out Estimation and MEP Costing
to join their growing team.

Job Location:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • 4–5 years of proven experience in
    Fit-Out Estimation and MEP Costing
    .
  • Solid knowledge of tendering procedures, BOQ preparation, and cost analysis.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to understand scope of work.
  • Perform detailed
    quantity take-offs
    and prepare accurate cost estimates for
    fit-out works, MEP systems, and civil construction activities
    .
  • Collect and analyze supplier/subcontractor quotations and incorporate them into competitive bids.
  • Prepare
    cost estimates, BOQs, pricing schedules, and tender submissions
    .
  • Suggest
    value engineering options
    to optimize project cost without compromising quality.
  • Maintain updated cost data, market rates, and historical records to support accurate estimations.
  • Liaise with consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams for clarifications.
  • Provide support on variation orders, cost re-forecasting, and estimation-related queries during project execution.
