We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer specializing in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex to design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, architects, and admins to deliver high-quality applications that enhance user experience and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy Lightning Web Components (LWC) for modern, responsive UI experiences.
  • Write, test, and optimize Apex classes, triggers, and controllers to support business logic.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, REST, and SOAP services.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
  • Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of applications.
  • Maintain documentation for technical designs, workflows, and integrations.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases and leverage new features effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in Salesforce development.
  • Strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex programming.
  • Proficiency in SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce data model.
  • Experience with Salesforce APIs, integration tools (MuleSoft, Informatica, etc.), and web services.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce security, governor limits, and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications.
  • Experience with Aura Components (legacy support).
  • Exposure to Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript ES6+, HTML5, CSS3 for advanced LWC development.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
