Senior Implementation Specialist

Nasdaq is looking for a passionate Sr. Implementation Specialist to join the Nasdaq AxiomSL Client Services team in India.

As as Senior Implementation Specialist, you will play a key role in the design and delivery delivery of complex regulatory reporting solutions of varying sizes to new and existing customers and will be part of the client services team within the FinTech industry. You will be part of a team that is responsible for implementation and delivery of Nasdaq AxiomSL solutions globally.

• Co-lead the customer project discovery workshops to understand the detailed client business requirements.
• Work on designing, configuration and customization of the regulatory solution using ControllerView in an effective manner, within the boundaries of the project plan and the agreed functional requirements to ensure a smooth application and fully implemented functional requirements.
• Work closely with the Solutions Architect and work review client business requirements, analyzing client data, suggesting solutions and implementing the solution for them.
• Prepare material and gives platform and solution related training to end-users and administrators in order to achieve well trained users who are able to use the platform.
• Pro-actively learn about the regulatory reports being implemented for the client project, and assist client teams with technical and functional queries.
• Pro-actively keeps knowledge and skills up-to-date in order to be able to perform an excellent job.
• Knowledge of SDLC, release process and development best practices
• Performs administrative tasks on-time and makes sure the information given is precise and complete, according to regulations, in order to keep the administration accurate and precise.
• Prepares contents and leads sessions for colleagues in order to share knowledge and experiences in own- and other departments.
• Actively contributing to delivering functional, technical or project information to sales that can be used as input for commercial proposals or as information documents.
• Be complementary to the success and growth of the individual employees as well of the team.

Education Qualifications
:

• Degree qualified in Computer Science, Business/Finance or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.Special Qualifications: Knowledge of SQL language is a preference

Work Experience

• Minimum of 8 years of experience working on Axiom on regulatory report delivery

Additional Skills

• Familiarity of Financial Statements, General Ledger, Accounting related to regulatory reporting
• Excellent SQL skills and experience using SQL query tools
• Experience with Axiom CV v9/10
• Experience and a strong interest in software implementation and process management is required
• Experience within GRC, application functionality technical IT subjects and products is an advantage

• be service focused and communicate clearly with client personnel at any level, from technical staff to executive leadership.
• be able to travel to client locations or other Nasdaq offices, or stay at certain locations during implementation (typically 3 to 9 months).
