TCS Chennai is hiring Record To Report (RTR) Team Leader

Role: [Team Leader]

Skill: [Review of Close functions, Balance Sheet analysis, complex Journals e.g. Revenue Recognition, Reporting, Dashboards, Open items resolution, Month Close meetings with Retained team, Training team members, daily reporting, continuous improvement)

Eligibility:

  • Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education Bachelors/Graduates) Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.

  • All candidates should be comfortable with Night Shift / Split or Rotational Week-off / 5 Days Work From Office

Job Description:

  • 5+ years of experience in FnA - RTR activities

  • Review of Close functions, Balance Sheet analysis, complex Journals e.g. Revenue Recognition, Reporting, Dashboards, Open items resolution, Month Close meetings with Retained team, Training team members, daily reporting, continuous improvement

  • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills

  • Interaction with the client - Governance calls

  • SLA adherence

  • Functional working experience in ERPs like Oracle preferred
