Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced
Infrastructure Engineer
with strong expertise in
Office 365, Active Directory, Azure, SharePoint, and OneDrive
to join our IT infrastructure team in Hyderabad. The candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting enterprise IT infrastructure, ensuring availability, scalability, and security of collaboration and identity platforms. This role requires hands-on technical skills, strong troubleshooting ability, and the capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, support, and maintain
  Office 365 applications
  (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, etc.).
• Manage
  Active Directory (AD), Group Policy, and Azure Active Directory (AAD)
  for identity and access management.
• Deploy, configure, and manage
  Azure infrastructure services
  , ensuring high availability and performance.
• Configure and maintain
  SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business
  for collaboration and document management.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to
  Office 365 and Azure services
  .
• Implement and manage
  security policies, permissions, and access controls
  across AD, O365, and Azure environments.
• Assist in
  migration projects
  (on-premise to Azure/Office 365, SharePoint migrations, etc.).
• Collaborate with the security team to implement
  compliance, governance, and data protection policies
  .
• Create and maintain
  documentation, knowledge base articles, and SOPs
  for infrastructure processes.
• Provide
  end-user support and training
  for O365 and related tools.
• Participate in on-call support rotation and handle incident response as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience
  in infrastructure administration and support.
• Hands-on experience in
  Office 365 administration
  (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online).
• Strong knowledge of
  Active Directory (AD), Azure Active Directory, and Group Policy Management
  .
• Experience managing
  Azure cloud services
  (VMs, Storage, Networking, Security).
• Proficiency in
  SharePoint Online administration
  and collaboration features.
• Good understanding of
  identity and access management (IAM), SSO, MFA, and conditional access policies
  .
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Knowledge of
  PowerShell scripting
  for automation of administrative tasks.
• Experience with
  Intune, Endpoint Manager, and MDM solutions
  .
• Familiarity with
  backup, DR, and monitoring tools
  (e.g., SolarWinds, Azure Monitor).
• Experience in
  hybrid environments
  (on-premises AD integrated with Azure AD).
