Role Purpose:

To carry out civil design and planning for various projects in alignment with client requirements. The role involves delivering high-quality designs and drawings within project timelines to support execution and enhance design standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review concept drawings based on client inputs
  • Develop detailed RCC structural drawings
  • Create schematic plans, elevations, site layouts, and contour drawings
  • Schedule and manage drawing requirements for each project
  • Prepare working drawings for all building elements
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors
  • Issue and control GFC (Good for Construction) drawings
  • Draft technical specifications in consultation with consultants
  • Monitor project schedules against baseline timelines
  • Prepare MoMs and maintain project documentation
  • Understand and incorporate client requirements in designs as per IS codes and NBC
  • Generate weekly and monthly MIS reports

Education:

B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Architecture

Experience & Skills:

  • Strong coordination skills with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of IS codes and NBC
  • Exposure to advanced construction methods and techniques
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Independent thinking and innovation
  • Teamwork and leadership abilities
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM
  • MS Office, MS Project, and documentation skills
