Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled and committed
Assistant Yoga Instructor
to take daily classes and engage with students of all levels. This role involves teaching group sessions, supporting special events, and contributing to the overall learning environment of the studio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily yoga classes for beginners, intermediate, and advanced levels
  • Lead warm-up routines, asana sequences, and cool-down practices
  • Ensure correct alignment and offer safe hands-on or verbal adjustments
  • Prepare and maintain a clean, welcoming class environment
  • Interact with students to understand their goals and offer guidance
  • Support and occasionally co-teach during classes, workshops, retreats, and wellness events
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and studio activities
  • Contribute to yoga-related content for social media, if required

Required Qualifications

  • Certified Yoga Instructor (Minimum 200-hour and 500-hour YTT from a recognized institute)
  • 0-1 years of teaching experience
  • Strong foundation in yogic philosophy, asanas, and basic anatomy
  • Comfortable working with students of various skill levels and age groups
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional communication skills
  • Physically fit and able to demonstrate asanas effectively

Preferred Skills

  • Deep knowledge of Anatomy and Physiology
  • Knowledge of pranayama, meditation, or sound healing techniques
  • Ability to instruct in English, Hindi, or Marathi
  • Comfortable with using social media or creating wellness-related content

Work Schedule

  • Morning and evening class slots (with adequate rest periods)
  • Occasional weekends for workshops and special sessions
