Role & responsibilities

Responsible for day to day execution of the entrusted works as per the scheduled plan.

Study and Understand the drawings & scope of work

Derive quantities of Concrete and Steel (BBS) from the drawing

Maintain Proper documentation related works and Daily report to Project manager and Planning section regarding progress of the work.

Preparation of Sub Contractor and PRW bills

Optimum utilization of machinery & manpower.

Ensure compliance of Quality and safety standards.

Plan Materials & Machinery requirement based on scheduled programme.

Assist section in charge for reconciliation of materials periodically.
