About The Opportunity
Ellucian is seeking an experienced
Consultant/ Senior Consultant who has strong hands-on experience in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Core Java
to join the India Professional Services team to support solutions while customers continue to mature in their journey to the cloud and to fully SaaS based solutions. The Consultant will serve in various capacities across all aspects of a project including specification design, coding and unit testing, implementation, and deployment of Banner solutions which often requires considerable resources and high levels of complex functional and technical integration and knowledge. The expectations for candidates to fill this role include significant experience in the areas below.

Where you will make an impact

• Execute all aspects related to service delivery of Banner data conversion/migration.
• Execute all aspects related to service delivery of Extensions to Banner.
• Collaborate with consulting teams and peers to ensure customer and Ellucian project expectations are exceeded.
• Identify and remediate issues and project risks that impede enabling customer greatness.
• Continuously improve the customer experience by ensuring development, use and maintenance of services artifacts that exceed customer expectations.
• Proactively prepare for and deliver high quality implementation consulting services.
• Success will be measured by customer satisfaction, achievement of projects, and utilization targets.
• Demonstrated curiosity and aptitude for leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity, problem-solving, and decision-making in day-to-day work.

What You Will Bring

• Relevant experience of 3 to 8 years.
• Extensive experience in solution consulting and product implementation across relevant technologies.
• Strong communication and presentation skills. Must present a professional demeanor.
• Enabling delivery readiness, problem solving and root cause analysis.
• Able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL and Core Java.
