About the Role

Please note - We offer fixed term contracts with engagements ranging from 3 months to 12 months, with possible extensions depending on client needs.


As an AI/ML Engineer, you'll work on multiple short-term, full-time engagements with various startups, helping them implement AI and ML solutions tailored to their unique challenges. 

This is not a permanent contract but an exciting opportunity to work on a project-by-project basis, enabling you to explore new industries, tackle diverse challenges, and create real-world impact.

You'll design, develop, and optimize AI/ML models, deploy them into production, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and effective solutions.

What You'll Do
  • Develop, train, and optimize machine learning models using tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
  • Design and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Preprocess and analyze large datasets to extract valuable insights and prepare data for model training.
  • Implement and maintain pipelines for continuous model training, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to integrate AI/ML solutions into products.
  • Monitor the performance of AI/ML systems in production and optimize them for scalability and efficiency.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and ML, applying cutting-edge techniques to real-world problems.
What You Bring
  • Strong proficiency in Python or R and experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
  • Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deploying models using tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and working with large datasets.
  • Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools for model monitoring and versioning.
  • Familiarity with NLP, computer vision, or time-series analysis is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in dynamic, agile environments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
