Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Application Developer with deep expertise in Core Java, desktop-based applications, and modular frameworks. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SWT, Swing, and OSGi, and be adept at integrating RESTful APIs, working with CI/CD pipelines, and implementing security via OAuth.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Java-based desktop applications using SWT and Swing frameworks.

Implement modular, scalable solutions using the OSGi Framework.

Develop and integrate RESTful web services for backend communication.

Manage data handling with SQL, JAXB, and XSL for XML binding and transformation.

Implement OAuth for secure authentication and authorization.

Utilize Maven/Gradle for build automation and dependency management.

Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.

Collaborate through Git/SVN version control systems.

Coordinate with UI teams for Angular-based front-end integration.

Create and maintain UML diagrams and detailed design documentation.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in Core Java development.

Proven expertise with SWT and Swing frameworks.

Strong experience with OSGi Framework for modular development.

Proficiency in SQL, JAXB, XSL, and RESTful API integration.

Experience using Postman/Insomnia for API testing.

Hands-on with Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, and Git/SVN.

Working knowledge of OAuth for API security.

Familiarity with Angular (basic to intermediate level).

Solid understanding of UML and design documentation principles.

Education: B.E / B.Tech / M.Tech

Preferred Skills:

Integration of desktop applications with REST APIs.

Performance optimization and debugging in SWT/Swing applications.

Experience with tools like Bitbucket, JIRA, and Confluence.
