What You'll Do on a Typical Day:

• Support the Agent Insights Business Managers with their core activities of inspiring change and support them with the additional day to day analytics
• Partner with different teams within the organization such as Traveler Care, Commercial, Product & Technology and Customer Experience teams
• Prioritization: With competing priorities, show ability to prioritize and implement appropriate sets of activities to achieve performance management excellence. Clear distinction between why a set of tasks must be prioritized over others through understanding of cause and effect.
• Creative Thinking: Ability to think creatively to identify and deliver new, innovative analytical projects from existing and existing and new data sources
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency gains and automation using data-driven insights and technology to drive continuous improvement. Instill and test and learn culture into existing business processes on order to improve overall business performance
• Long term solution oriented: You are confident to share your own ideas and challenge current ways of working, always with a long term solution in mind
• Proactivity: Holistic understanding of agent performance and ability to articulate performance hotspots and issues; Proactively, formulate coaching and performance improvement areas in a methodologically to key stakeholders in a concise and actionable manner.
• Knowledge: Become an expert; be curious and engage business collaborators to learn about what drives Agent Performance.

What We're looking for:

• Proven experience in complex data analysis and business intelligence roles
• Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and statistical analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Access, Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau) as well as robust attention to detail/quality; experience in storytelling from data and/or predictive analytics models
• Bring a Can Do Attitude that is flexible, creative, energetic and collaborative
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to support Business Manager with the translation of complex data into actionable insights for non-technical collaborators.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices in performance management and data analytic.
• You are a team player, but you are also able to work independently
• Speak English fluently
