About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Big Data Analyst to analyze and interpret large-scale datasets to support business decisions and strategy. The ideal candidate will work with structured and unstructured data, leverage analytics tools, and deliver actionable insights that drive performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Analysis & Interpretation

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large and complex datasets from multiple sources.
  • Identify trends, patterns, correlations, and anomalies in big data to support business insights.
  • Use statistical methods and data mining techniques to generate actionable recommendations.

2. Reporting & Visualization

  • Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
  • Present insights to stakeholders clearly and concisely, translating technical results into business terms.
  • Develop automated reporting solutions for ongoing analysis.

3. Data Management & Quality

  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across multiple sources.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to improve data pipelines and storage solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in cloud-based big data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Knowledge of machine learning concepts and predictive analytics.
  • Familiarity with ETL processes and data pipelines.
  • Exposure to NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, HBase, etc.).
