Job Description:

Inexoft Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior Python Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable, and high-performance backend systems using Python. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, frontend developers, and DevOps engineers, to deliver reliable and efficient software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs using Python frameworks.
  • Optimize applications for speed, performance, and security.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices and design patterns.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define, design, and implement new features.
  • Integrate third-party services, APIs, and data sources as needed.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems.
  • Mentor junior developers and perform code reviews to ensure quality and maintain standards.
  • Participate in system architecture discussions and contribute to long-term technology strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to security and data protection standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Python development.
  • Strong knowledge of Python frameworks (such as Django or Flask).
  • Experience in developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
  • Proficiency in database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
  • Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git) and agile development practices.
  • Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
