LGT Wealth is seeking highly experienced and result-oriented Relationship Managers in the Private Wealth Management space. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial products, a strong track record of client acquisition and retention, and a current book size exceeding INR 400 Cr. This role involves providing strategic wealth solutions, deepening existing relationships, and acquiring HNI/UHNI clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of High Net Worth (HNI) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNI) clients.
  • Provide customized investment advice across asset classes: equity, debt, real estate, alternative investments, PMS, AIFs, and structured products.
  • Deepen wallet share and manage client portfolios to deliver consistent and long-term results.
  • Acquire new clients through networks, referrals, and proactive market engagement.
  • Maintain a high standard of compliance, documentation, and risk management in all dealings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and product specialists to deliver best-in-class solutions.

Candidate Eligibility Criteria:

  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in private wealth management or related financial services.
  • Current Book Size: Minimum INR 400 Cr across all asset classes (must be active and managed directly).
  • Clientele: Strong relationships with HNI/UHNI clients, Family Offices, Promoters, and CXO-level individuals.

  • Skills Required:

  • Excellent knowledge of financial markets and investment products.

  • Strong relationship management and client servicing capabilities.

  • Proven track record of revenue generation and client retention.

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree (mandatory); MBA/CA/CFA preferred.

  • Location Flexibility: Open to candidates based in or willing to relocate to Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, or Chennai.
