Role & responsibilities
Graphic Design:
- Designing eye-catching graphics for social media posts, stories, ads, banners, brochures, flyers, and presentations.
- Creating Instagram stories and reel covers with a deep analogy to financial productsSIP, mutual funds, stock market trends, insurance.
- Conceptualizing creatives for international days with a twist of finance (yes, even World Chocolate Day can become an investment story ).
- Making modern, scroll-stopping thumbnails for YouTube, Reels, Shorts, etc.
Video Editing:
- Editing raw footage into polished short-form & long-form videos for multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Applying transitions, SFX, BGM, subtitles, captions, voiceoversthe works
- Ensuring clean, studio-quality sound, smooth sequencing, and brand packaging (color grading, indents, lower-thirds, etc.).
- Ability to translate complex financial data into visual storytelling.
Preferred candidate profile
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor (portfolio link is a must)
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects
- Sound knowledge of design principles, typography, layout, and color theory.
- Exposure to AI tools like DALL
•E, Runway ML, Google Imagen/Veo, Mystic AI is a major plus - Basics of HTML is a plus
