Senior Flutter Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Flutter Developer with 3 to 5 years of extensive hands-on experience in developing robust, scalable, and high-quality mobile applications using Flutter. The ideal candidate will take ownership of full lifecycle app development while ensuring code quality and performance excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Flutter app development with proven experience delivering production-level, complex mobile applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Dart code following best practices.
• Architect and implement state management solutions primarily using Provider, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Design and develop responsive UI optimized across multiple screen sizes and device types.
• Apply advanced SOLID principles and MVVM architecture to deliver flexible, testable, and scalable codebases.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex bugs and performance bottlenecks.
• Integrate native Android and iOS features through method channels and embed native views within Flutter apps.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX design teams to deliver pixel-perfect, intuitive user interfaces.
• Integrate and manage third-party APIs, Firebase services (authentication, push notifications, cloud storage, analytics), and platform-specific plugins.
• Ensure app reliability, scalability, and secure data persistence using offline-friendly storage mechanisms like SQLite and Hive.
• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks to enhance development speed and app quality.
• Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews to maintain high standards.
• Manage version control effectively with Git, handling multiple feature branches and submitting pull requests.
• Participate actively in Agile development processes using JIRA and Confluence.
• Understand CI/CD pipelines related to mobile app building, testing, and deployment.
• Oversee app launch activities and post-launch maintenance for production apps.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Dart and Flutter framework with 2-3+ years in mobile app development.
• Deep understanding of state management via Provider and architectural patterns such as MVVM.
• Solid grasp of SOLID principles and clean code architecture.
• Experience integrating Firebase (auth, notifications, analytics) and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with offline data persistence solutions (SQLite, Hive) and offline-first app design.
• Knowledge of native Android/iOS development including UI/UX principles, and method channel communication.
• Proven problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Experience with third-party libraries, plugins, and API integration.
• Skilled in Git version control workflows, including branching, merging, and pull requests.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, especially using JIRA and Confluence.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD concepts and mobile app deployment procedures.
• Ability to work collaboratively and lead code quality improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive learning attitude.
