Location: Royal Dental Hospital, Jaipur

_ Experience:Fresher or Experienced_

_ Job Responsibilities:_

  • Greet and assist patients at the front desk
  • Manage appointments, schedule follow-ups, and handle phone calls
  • Maintain patient records and update appointment software (training provided if needed)
  • Guide patients regarding billing and treatment estimates
  • Coordinate with dentists and assistants for smooth clinic flow
  • Handle daily front-desk administration and maintain cleanliness
  • Provide a friendly and professional patient experience

_ Candidate Requirements:_

  • Minimum 12th pass (Graduates preferred)
  • Good communication skills (English/Hindi)
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, scheduling apps)
  • Polite, patient-friendly, and well-presented
  • Ability to multitask and manage a busy reception area
  • Previous clinic/hospital reception experience (preferred but not mandatory)
