About the Role

We are looking for a talented Graphic / Creative Designer with a strong sense of visual storytelling, creativity, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will excel in creating social media creatives, website banners, and marketing visuals, with additional skills in video editing to bring campaigns to life.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize and design engaging social media creatives for multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

Design and update website banners, images, and promotional graphics in alignment with brand guidelines

Plan, brainstorm, and execute creative campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team

Edit short-form and long-form videos for digital campaigns, ads, and social channels

Use graphic design tools to produce visually compelling content that resonates with target audiences

Maintain consistency in brand identity across all creative outputs

Stay updated with the latest design trends, social media formats, and creative best practices

Requirements

2+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer / Creative Designer

Strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives, banners, and marketing designs

Proficiency in industry-standard tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva (or similar)

Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics will be an added advantage

Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines

Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, color theory, typography, and layout design

Creative thinking with attention to detail

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of UI/UX principles for web and mobile creatives

Basic photography skills for content creation

Familiarity with social media trends, formats, and ad requirements
