Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparation of contracts, tender documents, bid evaluations, and related documentation for Civil packages.
- Support the procurement process by coordinating with vendors/contractors, collecting quotations, and preparing comparison statements.
- Work closely with senior managers in reviewing and drafting contracts, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and project requirements.
- Provide assistance during vendor negotiations, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to agreed terms.
- Maintain updated vendor databases, records of contract agreements, and procurement trackers.
- Assist in monitoring vendor performance and support in resolving basic contractual or procurement issues.
- Coordinate with project, design, finance, and legal teams to ensure smooth flow of documents and timely approvals.
- Support reporting and MIS for procurement activities, highlighting cost comparisons and savings.
Who are we looking for?
- BE in Civil Engineering.
- 8- 10 years of experience in contracts and procurement for MEP packages.
- Exposure to high-rise residential projects is essential.
- Good knowledge of tendering, contract documentation, and procurement processes.
- Strong coordination, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with contract terms, cost control basics, and vendor management.
Preferred Background:
- Candidates from major real estate developers or reputed contracting firms handling high-rise residential projects.
