Job Description: Power-BI & Tableau – Technical Lead (Exp: 7 Years to 10 Years)

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Power-BI & Tableau skilled as a Technical Lead.

Technical Expertise:

  • Experience should have 7 to 10 years of Data Analytics on Power-BI & Tableau.
  • Strong expertise in Power Query (M), DAX, advanced data modeling, and visualization best practices.
  • Proficiency in SQL, ETL workflows, and data warehousing concepts.
  • Strong understanding of Tableau dashboards.
  • Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  • Proven experience in leading teams of developers/analysts and delivering enterprise BI projects.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics.
  • Understanding on the SDLC.
  • Understanding on the Agile methodologies.
  • Communication with customer and producing the Daily status report.
  • Should have good oral and written communication.
  • Should be a good team player.
  • Should be proactive and adaptive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end BI solution lifecycle: requirement gathering, architecture, development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Design and implement scalable Power BI solutions including complex data models, DAX measures, and interactive dashboards.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to Power BI developers and analysts.
  • Knowledge to understand the Tableau dashboard.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and data engineering teams to define KPIs and reporting standards.
  • Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and compliance standards (RLS, access control, audit).
  • Drive performance optimization of BI solutions and manage large-scale datasets.
  • Establish best practices for BI development, version control, and deployment processes.
  • Evaluate and recommend BI tools, including Tableau, for organizational needs.
  • Conduct code reviews, technical workshops, and user training sessions.
  • Act as a bridge between business teams and technical teams to translate business problems into BI solutions.
