Responsibilities:

Senior Accounts Executive

Person should have experience of accounts, finance, tax & filing of various returns, GST return. Responsible for Maintaining & Updating Records of Purchases, Sales, Bank, Cash, Reconciliation, Taxes etc. Up-to finalization person should be responsible. Can handle multiple files and can coordinate with CA

Jr Accounts Executive

Person should have experience of accounts, finance, tax & filing of various returns, GST return. Responsible for Maintaining & Updating Records of Purchases, Sales, Bank, Cash, Reconciliation, Taxes etc.

Admin Assistant

Person should handle Sales & Purchase, Order execution, Quotations, Pending orders report and other Misc reports.

Good Command in English is a must

Well versed in using Computers, MS Office (Excel and WORD), E-Mail Drafting

Should possess Good knowledge in Admin works and in coordinating with concerned department and other staff.

Quotation Specialist

  • The Quotation Specialist will be responsible for working with customer directly. This position will be responsible for quote generation, pricing implementation, generating competitive analyses and strengthening, quote follow up and overall service margin and lead day-to-day operations of the Quotations section.
  • This position is also responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company services as well as team members.
  • The main role includes providing quotations to customers by utilizing basic knowledge for the preparation of quotation
