  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Generate new leads and maintain relationships with existing retailers.
  • Ensure proper product display, visibility, and availability in stores.
  • Take orders and coordinate with the delivery team for timely supply.
  • Collect market information and competitor insights.
  • Maintain daily sales report and update management regularly.

Requirements

  • Good communication skills (Kannada/Hindi/English).
  • Experience in FMCG/snacks/beverages sales preferred (not mandatory).
  • Must be comfortable with field work.
  • Energetic, confident, and target-driven.
  • Minimum education: Degree.
