Job Responsibilities
- Visit retail shops, supermarkets, bakeries, and departmental stores to promote snack products.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Generate new leads and maintain relationships with existing retailers.
- Ensure proper product display, visibility, and availability in stores.
- Take orders and coordinate with the delivery team for timely supply.
- Collect market information and competitor insights.
- Maintain daily sales report and update management regularly.
Requirements
- Good communication skills (Kannada/Hindi/English).
- Experience in FMCG/snacks/beverages sales preferred (not mandatory).
- Must be comfortable with field work.
- Energetic, confident, and target-driven.
- Minimum education: Degree.
