Min Experience: 5 years Location: Remote (India), India JobType: full-time ₹3,00,000 - ₹10,00,000 a year We are seeking an experienced Senior Kinaxis Maestro Implementation Lead to drive end-to-end deployment, configuration, and optimization of supply chain planning solutions using Kinaxis technologies. This role requires deep functional expertise in supply chain processes, strong project execution capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams. You will play a critical role in enabling organizations to enhance planning efficiency and achieve measurable transformation using Kinaxis Maestro.
What You'll Do Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Kinaxis Maestro solutions across multiple supply chain planning modules. Partner with product owners, business leaders, and solution architects to translate planning challenges into scalable system capabilities. Facilitate requirement analysis, prepare solution approaches, and create high-quality functional and technical documentation. Build, test, and optimize supply chain workflows and planning models aligned with industry best practices. Conduct end-to-end testing including unit testing, UAT, integration, and performance validation. Create training materials, demo scripts, and conduct user workshops to enable successful adoption. Provide post-implementation support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement guidance. Drive implementation governance, risk management, and quality assurance throughout the deployment lifecycle.
What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline. 5–8 years of hands-on experience delivering Kinaxis Maestro implementations from design through deployment. Kinaxis Maestro Solution Consultant Level 1 certification (or higher) is required. Strong working knowledge of supply chain planning concepts including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and S&OP. Proficiency in project execution methodologies and structured testing processes. Ability to troubleshoot complex configuration and data issues. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with experience managing cross-functional collaboration. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
