About the Role

We're looking for a creative and organised 
Social Media & Content Manager
 to lead our brand's social presence and digital storytelling. You'll plan and execute strategy, create engaging content, manage communities and influencers, and use analytics to drive growth, engagement, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement a data-driven social media strategy aligned with brand and marketing goals.
  • Maintain a rolling 
    3-month content calendar
    ; present campaign ideas in advance.
  • Conduct market and competitor research; identify trends, audience insights, and platform best practices.

Content Creation & Execution

  • Ideate, create, and edit platform-specific content (posts, reels, videos, stories, carousels, blogs).
  • Collaborate with design/product teams to capture behind-the-scenes content (craftsmanship, launches, BTS).
  • Plan and oversee photoshoots to ensure brand aesthetic and narrative.
  • Manage daily posting, timely approvals, and smooth content workflows.
  • Write engaging, brand-consistent copy for social posts and 
    emailers/newsletters
    .
  • Manage influencer content and posting schedules.

Community & Influencer Management

  • Maintain platform hygiene: reply to DMs, comments, mentions, and reviews promptly.
  • Build and manage influencer outreach and collaborations; nurture relationships with stylists, agents, and PR teams.
  • Monitor online reputation and uphold a consistent brand voice.

Campaigns & Paid Media

  • Create engagement-led campaigns (live sessions, UGC, contests, collabs).
  • Run paid promotions and manage advertising budgets to hit ROI targets.

Customer Engagement

  • Manage 
    email marketing and WhatsApp
     campaigns (offers, style tips, new drops).
  • Propose and run promotions for new arrivals, festive events, and sales.
  • Help build loyalty/referral programs to drive repeat purchases.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Track and report weekly/monthly KPIs (reach, engagement, growth, CTR, conversions).
  • Consolidate metrics across social, email, and influencer campaigns; provide insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Stay current on algorithm updates and emerging platforms; optimize content accordingly.

Platforms & Tools

  • Platforms:
     Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter)
  • Creation:
     Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere/After Effects), CapCut (or similar)
  • Analytics:
     Meta Business Suite, Pinterest Analytics, YouTube Studio, Google Analytics

KPIs for Success

  • Growth in followers and engagement rates.
  • Improved CTR and conversions from social.
  • Positive sentiment and increased brand awareness.
  • On-time delivery of monthly content calendars and campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years
     managing social media/content for a fashion or ecommerce brand/agency.
  • Strong photography/videography/editing skills; excellent copywriting and storytelling.
  • Proven track record of scaling social presence and driving engagement/sales.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and iterate quickly.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, multitasking, and deadline management.
  • Adaptable, trend-savvy, and passionate about fashion and lifestyle branding.
