Program Manager-Offline

Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic
Program Manager
to own and drive growth metrics for a specific region/geography, ensuring seamless execution of all aligned marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, foresight to anticipate challenges, and the ability to lead teams toward successful outcomes.

Note : Requires Field Travel

6 days working (Mon-Sat:WFO)

Key Responsibilities:

Ownership of Growth Metrics:

  • Drive growth for a specific region or geography.
  • Monitor and ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.

Project Planning & Execution:

  • Develop timelines, budgets, and allocate teams for assigned projects.
  • Ensure all deliverables are of the highest quality.
  • Should have offline retail experience.

Problem Solving & Risk Mitigation:

  • Anticipate and resolve challenges to keep projects on track.
  • Act proactively to mitigate risks or delays.

Performance Evaluation:

  • Conduct reviews to measure program success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide actionable feedback to ensure continuous enhancement.

Cross-Team Coordination:

  • Facilitate clear and effective communication between relevant teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of program management experience.
  • Top pedigree
    with experience in Consulting or Marketing Teams is highly preferred.
  • Worked in
    Retail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.
