Primary Responsibility:

Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management roleProven experience managing teams of software engineers, ideally in a fast-paced or agile environmentExperience with Java, Azure/AWS, Spring boot,  microservices, Elastic Search, Linux, Docker, KubernetesDemonstrated experience with cloud technologies (terraform, Azure Blob, Azure functions, AKS) and scalable architectureSolid knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or KanbanSolid problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead troubleshooting efforts and guide team members through complex challengesProven excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with distributed systems and/or complex architecturesExperience with performance tuning, large-scale data processingKnowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD, containerization with Docker, orchestration with Kubernetes)Familiarity with data security, compliance, and privacy regulations
