Job Description:

Job Responsibilities and Duties: -

  •  Ensure timely detailed journal entries and post them to the general ledger (GL) to track all income statements and expenses.
  •  Carry on daily/weekly/monthly statutory reconciliations.
  •  Ensure timely Handle of all accounts payable and receivable daily to make sure each invoice and expense report is accurate.
  •  Timely Reconcile all business accounts to ensure our records match up and no transaction gets lost.
  •  Monitor and check all incoming payments and outgoing checks, including printing, obtaining signatures for, and distributing checks as necessary.
  •  Assist during Audits, statutory compliance work & day to day accounting activities.
  •  To assist in producing the monthly management accounts reports
  •  Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned.
  •  Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
  •  Able to communicate and understand instructions.
  •  Manage, monitor and co-ordinate for warehouse related activities such as material inward, warehouse stock management, dispatch, transport etc.
  •  Carry out any documenting and filling or filed work as and when demand by company.
  • Ensure error free work and within time frame.
  • Report on activity to the seniors.
  • Must Have Knowledge About GST Return Filling , Excel , tally , tds filling
