Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Flutter Developer to build high-quality hybrid mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Flutter, Dart programming, mobile UI/UX standards, API integration, and app deployment. You will collaborate with designers, backend developers, and the QA team to deliver smooth, scalable, and user-friendly mobile apps.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.

  • Create responsive, high-performance UI designs that work across various devices and screen sizes.

  • Integrate REST APIs, third-party services, Firebase, and payment gateways.

  • Build reusable widgets and maintain clean, structured, and scalable code.

  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve performance issues or app crashes.

  • Manage app builds, testing, and deployment to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

  • Collaborate with the team to define and implement app features and modules.

  • Ensure application security, data privacy, and compliance with platform guidelines.

  • Stay updated with Flutter updates, packages, and best development practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Flutter framework and Dart language.

  • Experience building and deploying apps on both Android and iOS.

  • Good understanding of native mobile development constraints and platform UI guidelines.

  • Experience with State Management (Provider, Bloc, GetX, Riverpod, etc.).

  • Experience with Firebase services such as Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Push Notifications, etc.

  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and integration with backend services.

  • Good understanding of version control systems like Git.

  • Knowledge of app architecture patterns: MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture, etc.

  • Ability to write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.

  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Experience with native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift) development.

  • Knowledge of CI/CD for mobile apps (Codemagic, Fastlane, GitHub Actions).

  • Familiarity with Google Maps, location services, and real-time databases.

  • Understanding of app performance optimization and memory management.

  • Experience with push notifications, background tasks, and app lifecycle management.
