Job Description:Good understanding of pharmacopoeia of different regions

Solid understanding on various APIs and their chemistries Develop/modify/update test methods for APIs Perform Audits in external sites who supply APIsFollow product development based on ICH guidelines

Experience in Analytical techniques like HPLC, GC-MS, UV-VIS, NMR, FT-IR, ICP-MS, XRDCollaborate with universities and institutes to characterize APIs and solutions made in-house

Working collaboratively with all stakeholders in operations team from Thiruvananthapuram and from other R&D sites across the globe. Independently drive discussions and lead projects by collaborating with stakeholders like QC, QA and operations etc. Support prototype, sample and design verification builds and coordinate activities with other departments including production, planning, procurement, stores, logistics etc.

Understanding & good knowledge of various standards such as ISO 13485, ISO 14971, ISO 10993 is an added advantage

Ability to perform Gap assessment for standards and prepare equivalency reports. Experience in facing regulatory body audits on design control process would be beneficial, but not mandatory. Identify the problem and perform root cause analysis for failures.

Knowledge in analysis using QC tools would be highly beneficial. Support Design verification activities with protocol and report preparation. Statistical analysis of data for investigating trends, patterns, and relationships using quantitative data

Good understanding of product life cycle management
