We are seeking a talented Java Developer to join our dynamic team. The Java Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable, and reliable Java applications to meet the needs of our clients and business stakeholders.
Job Profile

Role & Responsibility
  • Design and develop robust and efficient Java applications according to business requirements and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance professionals to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Implement and unit test software components to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in existing Java applications.
  • Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure code quality and consistency.
  • Excellent knowledge of relational databases, Oracle, MYSQL, SQL and ORM Technologies (JPA2, Hibernate)
  • Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Prepare, Maintain and schedule sprints/release related to development tasks
  • Knowledge of web development technologies including responsive UI framework along with HTML 5 , CSS , JAVA script and J query
  • Experience with Java frameworks/libraries such as Spring, Hibernate, Struts and Angular JS.
  • Experience in developing Web Applications using at popular web frameworks such as Struts, Spring MVC.
  • Experience with latest IDE like Eclipse IDE / Net Beans etc.
  • Profound insight of JAVA and J2EE internals (Class loading , memory management , transaction management etc)
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN) and build tools (e.g., Maven, Ant).
  • Mastery of OOP principles to design and implement robust, modular software solutions.
  • Qualifications and Experience:
  • Candidate must be (B.E. / B.Tech) or (PG in IT /CS or equivalent)
  • Candidate must have total experience of 6 years with minimum 5 years of experience in developing java applications
  • Prior experience working on minimum 4 government projects, particularly involving e-governance or ERP systems, is a must
