The Sr. Finance Analyst is responsible for the Budgetary control, Cost benefit analysis and Product costing, Inventory management, Fixed Asset management, P2P support, Audit and compliance.

This position reports to the Site Controller and is part of the Finance team located in Bengaluru BDC and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Budgetary Support and Variance Analysis
• Support for EOU compliances
• CAR feasibility preparation
• Monthly reconciliation of Capital assets and Capitalization /asset codification formality
• Report Preparation for Procurement /inventory /FA and Inventory Control in collaboration with technical team
• Cost-benefit analysis, Product costing and Support in Audit (Internal and Statutory)
• Assist in the implementation of changes to policies and procedures as appropriate
• Coordinate with the overall Facilities team for smooth operations of the site Finance for LCM
• Converting i-Proc requests into Purchase Orders (Oracle) and Creation of Standard Purchase Order/Internal Requisition (Oracle) for inventory Items and consumables as part of routine requirement
• Responsible to sources from both local and overseas vendors. Ensure on time delivery of material from approved vendors
• Maintaining Good supplier relationship and Resolving payment issue for suppliers/Service providers in collaboration with centralized Payment Team of BCIPL
• Custom Formality for material clearance in collaboration with CHA
• Receipt of material at Site and ERP entry (Support as backup)
• Responsible for following all company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all the resources needed to do so are available and in good condition
• Compliance with all Quality and Site training

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Minimum bachelors degree with 10 years or CMA/CA (inter), in field with 6 to 8 years exp
• Good communication Skill and proactive to take ownership
• Understanding of ERP will be added advantage. Oracle preferred

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Manufacturing and R&D set up
• Working in areas related to FPNA, P2P, Product cost, FA management
• Pharma and Life Science Industry Experience will be preferred
