Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Supervisor to oversee all plumbing installation works on-site. The ideal candidate will manage plumbing teams, ensure proper installation of piping systems and fixtures, and maintain high-quality standards and safety compliance.

Requirements:

  • 3–4 years of GCC or Indian construction experience is mandatory
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, piping, fixtures, and fittings
  • Ability to read and interpret plumbing drawings and specifications
  • Proven experience supervising plumbing teams
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills
  • Knowledge of construction safety standards and plumbing codes
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve on-site plumbing issues

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily plumbing installation, testing, and commissioning activities
  • Allocate tasks and monitor performance of plumbing teams
  • Ensure plumbing works comply with drawings, specifications, and quality standards
  • Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and other trades
  • Inspect completed work for accuracy, quality, and safety
  • Manage plumbing materials, tools, and inventory on-site
  • Enforce safety protocols and report any issues
