Role Overview:

The Senior Accountant will play a key role in managing accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting for a growing NBFC environment. This is a hands-on, responsibility-driven role requiring prior experience in financial services or similar regulated sectors.

Ø 
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Handling
    GST, TDS, and statutory compliances
  • Managing accounting entries, ledgers, and bank reconciliations
  • Preparing and reviewing
    financial statements and MIS reports
  • Coordinating audits and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Supporting finance operations across
    30+ branches
  • Working closely with management and auditors from the Head Office.

Ø 
Education / Certification:

  • Master's Degree MBA Finance) or professional Qualification (CA Inter/ CMA Inter) preferred.

Ø 
Experience:

  • Require 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or auditing.
  • Prior experience in NBFCs, lending or financial services institutions.

Job Qualifications:

·      Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting

·      Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

·      High attention to detail with ability to meet strict deadlines

·      Comfortable working in a structured, compliance-driven environment.
