Diploma Engineer - Test Bench

Location Hinjewadi, Pune - Maharashtra, India

YOUR TASKS

The Test Bench Diploma Engineer is responsible for
assembling, operating, and maintaining test benches used for validating
automotive components and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Soldering
Tasks:
Perform
precision soldering of electronic components and connectors.
Rework
and repair PCBs and wiring as needed during test setups.

Wiring
Harness Tasks:
Build
and modify wiring harnesses based on test requirements.
Ensure
proper routing, labeling, and connection of wires to test equipment and
DUTs (Devices Under Test).
Knowledge
of panel wiring and harness preparation.

Electrical
Panel & Equipment Handling:
Design
and understand electrical panels and wiring harnesses.
Maintain
electrical equipment and instruments used in testing.

Test
Bench Setup & Operation:
Assemble
and configure test benches for various automotive components.
Install
instrumentation and ensure proper calibration.

Schematics
& Technical Drawings:
Proficient
in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and technical drawings.
Apply
electrical/electronic principles to troubleshoot and validate setups.

Test
Execution:
Conduct
functional, performance, and durability tests.
Review
and test newly assembled test setups.
Follow
standardized test protocols and safety procedures.

Data
Collection & Analysis:
Record
test results using data acquisition systems.
Analyze
data to identify anomalies or performance issues.


YOUR QUALIFICATIONS



Qualifications:
Education: Engineering Diploma in Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering.
Experience: 2- 4 years in Test Bench /Wiring Harness/ Assembly of electronics parts.

Immediate Joiners Preferred.
