Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Trainee Site Engineer located in Igatpuri. The Trainee Site Engineer will assist in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of toll management systems and advanced/highway traffic management solutions. Daily tasks include on-site inspections, coordinating with the technical team, handling documentation, and ensuring all safety protocols are followed. The role also involves learning and applying best practices in system integration and customer support.

Qualifications

• Technical skills: Knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical systems, and basic computer skills
• Analytical skills: Problem-solving, critical thinking, and ability to conduct site inspections and troubleshoot issues
• Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to work well with team members, and customer service skills
• Other qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Computer Science), willingness to travel, and ability to work on-site
• Experience with Fleet Management and Smart City solutions is a plus
