Job Summary

We are looking for Relationship Managers with experience in Affordable LAP and Mortgage Loans to drive business growth across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition, relationship management, and achieving loan disbursement targets in the affordable housing segment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source customers for Loan Against Property and Mortgage Loans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, DSAs, and connectors.
  • Identify new business opportunities through open market, referrals, and existing customers.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline and ensure high-quality loan proposals.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and ticket size goals ranging from 15–50 lakh.
  • Provide guidance to customers on loan products, eligibility, documentation, and processes.
  • Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth disbursement.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and promote long-term relationship retention.

Experience & Skills Required

  • 2–5 years of experience in Affordable Loan Against Property (LAP) or Mortgage Loans.
  • Strong understanding of retail lending, credit processes, and documentation.
  • Experience in working with ticket sizes of 15–50 lakh.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to generate business through direct sourcing, DSAs, and local market connections.
