Tandoor Cook

Need four experienced tandoori & dhaba style cooks for new Dhaba in Jorabat, Guwahati on Shillong Road just near crossing. Minimum one year contract must. Accomodation will be provided. Leave as per availability of staff & work load. Two references from previous/ current work with phone number necessary before joining. No drinking permitted during work hours. Dhaba timing is from 6 am until 2 am in rotating shift. Bonus pay for good performance will be provided. Salary increment will happen every year based on performance. One month salary will be deducted as penalty for leaving job in between before finishing one year. People with any criminal case in past need not apply. If found, will be terminated immediately. Knowledge of Assamese language preferred but not mandatory. Candidates from North East preferred, but applicants from other states will also be entertained. Applicants can also apply as helper if having less experience.
