About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Data Scientist
to join our team. The ideal candidate will leverage statistical analysis, machine learning, and advanced data modeling techniques to solve complex business problems and deliver actionable insights. This role requires a mix of technical expertise, business acumen, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement predictive and analytical models to solve business challenges.
  • Analyze large, complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and support decision-making.
  • Apply statistical methods including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and experiment design.
  • Work with Python/R and relevant ML libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Build and deploy machine learning models for use cases such as classification, clustering, NLP, and recommendation systems.
  • Develop dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, or Seaborn.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
  • Optimize data workflows and support deployment of ML solutions, including exposure to MLOps practices on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
  • 4+ years of proven experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role.
  • Strong programming skills in Python/R with experience in ML frameworks and libraries.
  • Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
  • Experience in data visualization and storytelling using BI tools and Python libraries.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and their practical applications.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
