Job Role & Responsibilities:

As a Graphic Designer at CultClicks, you will play a crucial role in shaping brand identities and creating engaging digital content for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing visually appealing graphics for social media, websites, digital ads, and marketing materials.
  • Creating branding elements, including logos, brochures, posters, and business cards.
  • Developing creative content for marketing campaigns that align with brand guidelines.
  • Conceptualizing and executing innovative design solutions that enhance engagement.
  • Editing and optimizing images, illustrations, and videos for digital platforms.
  • Staying updated with the latest design trends and implementing them effectively.
  • Coordinating with content writers, social media managers, and marketing teams to ensure seamless visual storytelling.
  • Managing multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
  • Presenting design ideas and concepts to clients and internal teams for feedback and revisions.
  • Ensuring all designs are optimized for various platforms, including web and mobile.

Skills & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and composition
  • Knowledge of social media post design, UI/UX principles, and branding
  • Experience in motion graphics and video editing is a plus
  • Familiarity with Canva, Figma, and other online design tools
  • Ability to create GIFs, animations, and short-form video content

Soft Skills:

  • Creativity and strong visual storytelling abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate in a fast-paced environment

Education & Experience:

  • Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (Preferred)
  • 1-3 years of experience in graphic designing (Freshers with a strong portfolio can apply)
