Job Description

We are looking for a highly dynamic and passionate marketing candidate to manage Marketing for the Digital Manufacturing Division.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead the marketing strategy and go-to-market for the ARK Digital Manufacturing Division. The candidate must be an expert in designing, implementing, and monitoring effective marketing strategies that align with our business goals. Solid marketing background and work experience managing a variety of promotional projects end-to-end, including paid advertising campaigns and digital marketing techniques.

  • You will drive growth and visibility for the brand through digital activation, including (but not limited to) performance marketing, social media (influencer) marketing, partnerships, and media buying for our division.
  • Your focus will be on establishing connections with industry organizations, such as closely working with industry bodies and hosting joint events to establish thought leadership.
  • You will participate in industry events and coordinate with sales and product teams to ensure compliance.
  • You will be working with our vendors, as a few vendors work with us on the media strategy, depending on space.
  • Collaborate with product owners and the sales team, ensure compliance with all client requirements, and manage all communication for the industry in terms of target media outreach.
  • Design and oversee all aspects of our digital manufacturing department, including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Create and manage product/brand campaigns with a high degree of optimization by creating impactful communication and campaigns to build the brand.
  • Lead our marketing team & build a culture obsessed with learning and efficiency.
  • Shape the company's advocacy, corporate citizenship, and PR strategy and activities.
  • Continually incorporate customer feedback and a macro view of the market.
  • Align business objectives with marketing initiatives by defining success metrics and clear KPIs.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth
  • Work effectively with creative agencies as partners to develop differentiated and impactful brand campaigns.
  • Effectively collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders for buy-in of strategies to internal customers and ensure strong implementation of designed strategies
  • Track competitors' activities

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Should know about SEO and digital marketing.
  • The candidate should have Industrial as well as Digital marketing experience of 5-7 years.
  • Preferred industry: Additive Manufacturing.
  • Experience in PLM and enterprise solutions with strong exposure to Brand building & marketing.
  • MBA/PGDM from a good pedigree institution.
