With 380 social media accounts and a growing network of 48,000 athletes, we're redefining how college athletes connect with fans, schools, and their community. Now, we're looking for a Marketing Growth Associate to help us accelerate that mission.

This is a high-impact, behind-the-scenes role where your efforts will directly drive brand visibility, athlete engagement, and social media growth. From managing social media accounts to building authentic relationships with athletes and affiliates, you'll play a key role in fueling our growth engine across platforms like Instagram, INFLCR, and more. What

You'll Do:Schedule & Post Content: Use Vista Social and manual scheduling to ensure our content hits the feed at the right time, every time. Manage Affiliate Accounts: Support, track, and grow your designated social media affiliate accounts for posting, reach-outs and athlete engagement Instagram Outreach: Engage directly with athletes, influencers, and fans — building real relationships that translate to brand trust.

School Outreach (via INFLCR & more): Support coordinated outreach to schools and programs, helping bring Athlete's to our brand. You Might
