We are Looking for skilled and motivated Terminal Automation System Engineer to join our team. As a Terminal Automation Engineer who had an Experience in oil & Gas Industry, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated systems for terminal operations. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of industrial automation.

Responsibilities

  1. Design and develop automated systems for terminal operations, including loading/unloading processes, inventory management, and product tracking.

  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify automation opportunities, and propose innovative solutions to enhance terminal efficiency and safety.

  3. Implement control systems, develop automation software, and configure hardware components such as PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), HMIs (Human Machine Interfaces), SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems, and industrial networks.

  4. Conduct system integration tests, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth functionality of automated systems.

  5. Monitor and analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize automation processes to maximize terminal throughput.

  6. Create detailed documentation, including functional specifications, technical designs, operating procedures, and user manuals.

  7. Stay updated with emerging automation technologies, industry trends, and best practices to drive continuous improvement in terminal automation.

  8. Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to provide technical support, training, and guidance on automation systems.

  9. Adhere to relevant safety regulations, standards, and protocols throughout the design, implementation, and maintenance phases of automation projects.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in EEE, ECE or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.

  2. Strong experience in designing and implementing and Testing of automation systems for 
    Process | Manufacturing |Oil & Gas industrial
    .

  3. Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, Python, or ladder logic programming for PLCs.

  4. Hands-on experience with industrial automation technologies and tools, including PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and industrial networks.

  5. Solid understanding of control systems, process optimization, and data analysis techniques.

  6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve automation issues efficiently.

  7. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  8. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet project deadlines.
