Job Title: Senior SAP FICO Consultant - SAP Public Cloud Implementation

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP FICO Consultant to join our SAP Public Cloud implementation project team. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) modules, hands-on experience in S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations, and strong leadership abilities. This is a senior, client-facing role with responsibility for solution design, delivery, and functional leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP FICO solutions within SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud projects.
  • Conduct workshops, gather business requirements, and translate them into robust, scalable FICO solutions aligned with best practices in the SAP Public Cloud environment.
  • Design, configure, and optimize core FICO processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Controlling, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and other key financial areas.
  • Integrate FICO with other SAP modules such as Sales Cloud, Procurement, and SAP Analytics Cloud, as well as with third-party systems.
  • Develop and document solution designs, process flows, configuration guides, and test scripts.
  • Oversee and support data migration, testing, user training, and change management efforts.
  • Provide expert guidance on SAP FICO functionality, localization requirements, compliance, and reporting within the Public Cloud context.
  • Lead and mentor junior consultants, ensuring adherence to project standards, timelines, and quality targets.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues during project design, build, and deployment phases.
  • Stay current with SAP technological developments, cloud roadmaps, and best practices for cloud-based Finance transformations.


Details:

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor"s or master"s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in SAP FICO implementations, with at least 3 years focused on SAP S/4HANA (including relevant Public Cloud projects).
  • Proven track record of delivering full lifecycle SAP FICO implementations in complex environments.
  • Deep knowledge of core FICO processes, S/4HANA configuration, financial reporting, localizations, and compliance in the SAP Public Cloud.
  • Hands-on experience with financial integration scenarios, cloud-based reporting, and data migration tools.
  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead functional teams, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced project setting.
  • SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA for Financial Accounting or similar certification strongly preferred.
