Lead - Project Management Analytics

Role Overview   We are building out a Transformation and Analytics function to strengthen data -driven decision -making across our Human -in -the -Loop operations supporting our proprietary AI product. We are seeking an Analytics Project Manager (Lead Analyst / Team Lead level) who combines strong project management expertise with a deep understanding of business and descriptive analytics. This role will lead initiatives that leverage data to measure performance, uncover insights, and improve operational and strategic outcomes. The position will require 25–50% overlap with US time zones to ensure close collaboration with global stakeholders. Key Responsibilities ​ • Lead end -to -end management of analytics projects, from business problem definition to delivery of actionable insights. • Partner with business, product, and operations teams to translate strategic goals into analytical requirements and reporting frameworks. • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking systems to monitor performance and enable data -driven decisions. • Use descriptive analytics to analyze trends, identify root causes, and highlight key business improvement opportunities. • Manage project scope, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring alignment across Analytics, Product, Engineering, and Operations. • Build and maintain a prioritization matrix for analytics initiatives based on business impact and feasibility. • Ensure data integrity and accuracy by collaborating with data engineering and quality teams. • Communicate insights and recommendations effectively through clear visualization and storytelling for senior stakeholders. • Track and report project progress, outcomes, and learnings to drive continuous improvement in analytics execution. • Promote a data -informed culture, helping teams use insights effectively to drive decision -making. • Coordinate and communicate with cross -functional teams to ensure project alignment and progress. • Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards. • Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management. • Facilitate project meetings, including kick -offs, status updates, and retrospectives. • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.Requirements • 3–5 years of experience in business analytics, data analytics, or analytics project management roles preferably in startups (Fintech., AI) or financial services (investment banking, hedge funds, asset management). • Proven experience leading analytics and reporting initiatives that enable business performance tracking and decision support. • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in descriptive analysis techniques (e.g., trend analysis, variance analysis, performance benchmarking). • Skilled in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Metabase). • Hands -on experience in data extraction and manipulation using SQL; familiarity with Python is a plus. • Demonstrated understanding of project management methodologies. • Excellent organizational, stakeholder management, and communication skills. • Strong problem -solving and attention -to -detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast -paced environment and work across global time zones. • Exhibit a strong sense of ownership and drive • Strong verbal and written communication skillsPreferred • Exposure to predictive analytics techniques, such as forecasting, regression modeling, or scenario simulation. • Understanding of data modeling and analytics lifecycle management. • PMP or Prince2 certification (preferred but not mandatory). • Experience working with global or US -based teams. • Familiarity with cloud -based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, AWS Redshift).
