Job Title: SAP CRM Functional Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP CRM Functional Consultant to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP CRM solutions across Sales, Service, and Marketing modules. The role involves gathering business requirements, preparing functional specifications, coordinating with technical teams, supporting integrations and testing, and ensuring smooth post-implementation support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and configure SAP CRM solutions.
  • Deliver end-to-end CRM processes for Sales, Service, and Marketing.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams (ABAP, Basis, PI/PO).
  • Prepare functional specifications for developments and integrations.
  • Perform unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Provide post-go-live support, training, and documentation.
  • Support data migration, cleansing, and ensure data integrity.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of SAP CRM functional experience with at least one full-cycle implementation
  • Strong knowledge of SAP CRM modules (Sales, Service, Marketing).
  • Experience with SAP ECC integration, middleware, and data migration.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
  • Preferred: Experience with SAP S/4HANA Customer Management, SAP Fiori/UI5, and data analysis tools (Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
