Role and Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Senior Research Analyst with experience in the KPO/BPO industry. The main responsibility of this role is to conduct comprehensive research using various online sources to gather relevant information. Experience in lead generation will be an added advantage. As a Senior Research Analyst, you will be responsible for:
  • Conducting in-depth research on various topics as assigned
  • Collecting and analyzing data, ensuring accuracy and relevance
  • Preparing detailed reports based on research findings
  • Identifying trends and patterns in data
  • Collaborating with team members to provide insights and recommendations
Candidate Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates should have:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the KPO/BPO industry
  • Strong internet research skills
  • Experience in lead generation (preferred)
