Process Overview*

EDPP (Enterprise Data Protection and Privacy) provides services across CSWT organizations by driving "Data Protection" framework, and provide/facilitate consultation, partnerships, and support. Sanitize NPI/PCI data in lower-level environments across CSWT. Provision certification data in PROD across CSWT for Postproduction Certifications, Break-Fix Support, Associates Training and Disaster Recovery support and also Provision certified data in lower level environments across consumer technology.

Job Description*

This Test Automation Engineer resides in the QTeam in Enterprise Data Protection Solutions team of Bank of America. Ready to step-in and contribute. Key Responsibilities of the is designing, developing, and maintaining test automation for Smoke, functional and regression testing. Will work closely with QTeam, software development and data analysis teams to ensure that the test automation covers the existing functionalities. Provide regular updates to QTeam lead and to progress against plan for assigned deliverables.

Responsibilities*

The successful candidate is willing to take challenges and grow in a highly collaborative team. The member would have to complete assigned deliverables on time by following up with stakeholders. Knowledge on applications within bank would help completing the tasks successfully. The person should be willing to learn in-house processes and should be proactive. Communication needs to be strong.

• Understanding of Agile methodologies
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Ability to identify mismatch in requirements and support dev and execution teams.
• Strong skills in using Testing tools
• Can work independently and as a part of the team
• Strong analytical skills with ability to break down complex problems/ideas and come-up with creative solutions, leveraging the latest of the technologies, where possible.
• Must possess the ability to handle multiple projects in-parallel and be able to work independently in addition to contributing as part of a highly collaborative and globally dispersed team

Education*

• BE, B.Tech / Post Graduation
• Certifications in SQL

Experience Range*

• 2 - 5 Years

Foundational Skills*

• Design, develop and maintain Test Automation using test tools and techniques for building test automation frameworks.
• Understanding of DB queries and validation techniques.

Desired Skills*

• Functional Test Automation using Python and Selenium
• PyTest Framework
• SQL knowledge
• Basic Java
