Job Description: Manager – Talent Acquisition (RPO)

Minimum 10+ years
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned BUs, managing internal and external hiring needs.
- Deliver 25–30 hires per month while maintaining quality and timeliness.
- Lead hiring for leadership/CXO positions as well as bulk hiring roles.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to recruitment SLAs, metrics, and KPIs.
- Build and manage a high-performing recruitment team, providing coaching and guidance.
- Maintain strong customer engagement and satisfaction, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
- Be willing to travel for client meetings and recruitment drives as required.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and talent pipelines.
Key Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in an RPO environment.
- Proven track record of high-volume hiring (25–30 hires per month).
- Experience in hiring leadership, CXO, and bulk positions.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, SLAs, and reporting.
- Prior experience in managing and mentoring a team.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed for recruitment and client engagement.
