NexorTest is an end-to-end innovation accelerator for global MedTech, Automotive, Industrial & Aerospace product companies. We enable customers with Product Design, Testing Excellence (EMI/EMC & Environmental), and Regulatory Certification for India, US, EU & global markets. We are building India's most advanced EMI/EMC testing facility and an AI-powered Regulatory & QMS platform. We are looking for a strong Hardware / Embedded Engineer who can drive hardware-software integration, embedded development, and product engineering.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design, develop & test embedded hardware and firmware for electronic products.
  • Work on MCU/MPU based designs with sensors, actuators, and communication interfaces.
  • Develop embedded firmware in C / C++, including drivers & peripheral control.
  • Perform board bring-up, hardware debugging & validation using tools like oscilloscope, logic analyzer, JTAG, etc.
  • Integrate peripheral interfaces (I2C, SPI, UART, USB, CAN, ADC/DAC, PWM, etc.).
  • Collaborate with PCB design, testing & product teams for hardware improvements.
  • Support system debugging & field issues.
  • Prepare documentation (design specs, firmware specs, testing & verification reports).
  • Contribute to Design-for-Compliance, EMI/EMC-aware hardware architecture.

Required Skills & Experience

  • B.E / B.Tech in ECE / EEE / Instrumentation / Embedded Engineering
  • 4–5 years hands-on experience in embedded hardware & firmware development
  • Strong programming in Embedded C / C++, MCU platform experience (STM32 / PIC / Atmel / TI / ESP32 or similar)
  • Hands-on exposure in debugging & validation tools (oscilloscope, logic analyzer, JTAG/SWD etc.)
  • Strong understanding of digital/analog circuits & embedded architecture
  • Experience in hardware bring-up and prototype development
  • Knowledge of communication protocols – I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, USB, RS-485 etc.

Good to Have

  • Experience in RTOS / Embedded Linux
  • Understanding of PCB design review, schematic interpretation
  • Prior exposure to medical / automotive / industrial electronics
  • Knowledge of EMI/EMC design fundamentals & compliance testing standards
